After submitting your visa application, please send us reg_wsc23@kenes.com:

· Full legal name (as it appears on your passport)
· The country in which your passport was issued
· Visa application number (How to find it?)

We will then proceed to include your name in our communication with the Canadian embassy to facilitate your visa application. However, please note that visa issuance is at the discretion of the embassy and we cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

Please be advised that we are unable to provide advice on the specific documents required for your application, or assist with checking your application status or determining visa eligibility. For such inquiries, please contact the office responsible for processing your visa application

If your visa application is approved you will receive a letter instructing you to submit your passport to the closest Visa Application Centre (VAC) through mail or courier.
